BraveTalk Bangladesh respects the privacy of students and parents. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Student and guardian names, class, school, phone number and email from the admission inquiry, contact form and checkout.
- Account and course progress information in the student dashboard.
- Payment confirmations (transaction ID and amount). Card and wallet details are handled by bKash or SSLCommerz — we never see or store your PIN, OTP or card number.
How we use it
- To answer inquiries and arrange the proficiency test.
- To enrol students, give access to lessons and send receipts.
- To share class updates and important announcements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website and process payments, or when required by law.
Children
Accounts for students under 18 should be created by a parent or guardian, who can ask us to view, correct or delete the student’s information.
